&lt;p&gt;1) By Internet: After having carried out your availability search, you must send your request via the reservation tab. This will be updated automatically and you will be able to follow the status of your reservation request.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ATTENTION: this message is not a confirmation of reservation from the Ren&#233; Oltra Naturist Centre. Your final confirmation will be sent to you by a second e-mail with your quote.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Booking&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Is it possible to book by phone?&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
NO, IT IS NOT. Reservations can only be made on our website or by using the Reservation Request Form 2026 available on our website. However, all information can be obtained by telephone on 0033 (0)4 67 01 06 36.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my reservation?&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
An email or letter is required for the cancellation to be taken into account. We remind you that cancellation insurance is optional but highly recommended. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
If the cancellation or modification is more than 15 days before your stay: &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt; - Modification: A modification of the dates of your stay is always possible (this will incur a 30&#8364; handling fee). &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt; - Cancellation: It is possible to carry over the sums already paid to another/new stay, for the current season (after the season, these will be lost), also entailing a handling fee of 30&#8364;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If your request for modification or cancellation is made less than 15 days before your arrival date, no modification, postponement or refund will be made by the Ren&#233; Oltra Naturist Centre.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Why opt for cancellation insurance? &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The following are covered by the cancellation insurance: serious illness, accident or death, major damage to the home, damage to the vehicle, redundancy, transfer, blockades or strike, natural disaster.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Do I have to pay the full amount of my stay when I book?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
No, for any reservation, a payment of 25% of the price of the rental or the pitch will be required as well as 15 euros for the booking fee. These fees are compulsory to make your reservation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can then pay the balance at any time using your reservation number on our website or via your link received by email.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please note that for rental bookings, the balance must be paid 30 days before the planned date of arrival.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Can I choose my pitch?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
NO, YOU CAN'T. You have the possibility to give a preference of pitch or a certain criterion (for example: near the sea, near the shops,...). But the allocation of the site remains defined by our care according to our availabilities. The Management reserves the right to modify the allocation of the schedule at any time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Can we choose our location?&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
YES, YOU CAN. This choice will be respected as closely as possible according to availability.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Is there a minimum number of nights?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
YES. The minimum number of nights for the online booking of a pitch is 2 nights. However, there is no minimum number of nights when booking on site, but this service is subject to availability. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For rentals, the minimum number of nights is 2 in low season and 7 in high season.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Is it possible to put an option on a stay?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For rental accommodation, the price includes the price per night for fully equipped chalets and mobile homes, bed linen provided, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating, garden furniture and private parking.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;CLIENT:&lt;/strong&gt; a legal adult individual considered as a private person who makes and is responsible for the payment of a reservation for their own account. The Client can also be a partner (for example, a Social and Economic Committee) making a reservation on behalf of a beneficiary. The concept of Client contrasts, among other things, with the notions of participant in the stay, group, resident, or community.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;GENERAL CONDITIONS:&lt;/strong&gt; these general terms and conditions of sale.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;ADVERTISING MEDIA:&lt;/strong&gt; all communication materials made available by the Company to promote its products and services, including the Internet site(s), catalog, mobile application.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 1 &#8211; OBJECT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any rental of accommodation or bare pitch on the grounds of the Naturist Center Ren&#233; Oltra, operated by Mr. Richard Oltra, president, to non-professional clients (&#171;Clients&#187; or &#171;the Client&#187;), through its website or by phone, postal or electronic mail (emails), or in a location where the Service Provider markets the Services. They do not apply to pitches intended for the accommodation of leisure mobile homes (mobile homes) covered by a &#171;leisure&#187; contract. Application: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are effective upon their online publication and supersede any previous versions.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

In the case of significant modifications, they will be communicated on the Site and through a written notification sent to the email address provided by the Client at the time of Reservation. The version of the General Conditions applicable to the Client is the one received in electronic (.pdf) or paper format during their Reservation.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Company cannot accept any dispute, claim, or refund related to the interpretation, execution, or implementation of these General Conditions by a third party to the Reservation. Acceptance: Any Reservation implies the acceptance, by the Client, of the entirety of these General Conditions, which the Client acknowledges having fully read.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
This acceptance involves, for an online Reservation, checking a box linked to a statement equivalent to the following: &#171;I acknowledge having read and accepted all the General Rental Conditions.&#187; Checking this box is deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature by the Client.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In the case of a reservation through another channel (by email or on-site, etc.), the Client acknowledges having received a copy of these Conditions with their reservation documents.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Acceptance of these General Conditions implies that the Client has the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contractual commitment, or, failing that, has the authorization of a guardian or curator if incapacitated.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
These General Conditions, legal notices, and the reservation documents transmitted to the client constitute a contractual set and constitute the entirety of the contractual relations between the Client and the Service Provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Withdrawal: The Company informs its clients that, according to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code in force in France: &#171;The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts: [...] 12&#176; Of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport services for goods, car rentals, catering, or leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.&#187;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Thus, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to the Reservation of Accommodation or a Pitch.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 3 - RESERVATION TERMS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Any contracting party must be at least 18 years old, possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and not be under guardianship or curatorship. The Service Provider reserves the right, in any case, to require the signing of a waiver committing the Client and their participants to adhere to the internal regulations. The Client undertakes to make a reservation in their own name and on their behalf and to occupy the selected Accommodation for the duration of the stay.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
During the Reservation, the Client has the following obligations:&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They guarantee to the Service Provider that they have all the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to place the order in accordance with these General Conditions;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They must be registered as a participant in the stay and actively participate in the stay;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They must provide all the information required by the Company, including the contact details of the participants in the stay;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They acknowledge that they are booking on behalf and for the account of all participants in the stay;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They agree to be the sole responsible contact person with the Company, especially in terms of financial responsibility and all events that may occur in the context of the Reservation and the stay;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They acknowledge that any Reservation is nominative and personal and that, therefore, if the reservation is subject to a transfer or total or partial subletting, the Company must give its prior approval;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; They must ensure that the documents provided to them by the Company after the order (e.g., confirmation page and email) and/or the Reservation (e.g., exchange voucher) contain information consistent with the services they have selected.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Client has the option to make their Reservation by mail and/or through the Site according to the procedures described below.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;3.1 Reservation by Mail&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Client can make a reservation by sending the completed reservation contract, that require the agreement of a receptionist, to the postal address Centre Naturiste Ren&#233; Oltra, 1 rue des N&#233;r&#233;&#239;des - 34300 Cap d'Agde &#8211; France, or to the mailbox : contact@reneoltra.fr&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Client must fill out the reservation form, providing their identity, birth name, date of birth, postal address, email address, and phone number, as well as the stay dates for the pitch or rental and the payment method, along with the details of the participants in the stay.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
When this option is chosen, the Service Provider sends the Client the present General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the attached Internal Regulations, and the Privacy Policy in PDF format to obtain their agreement.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In the confirmation email of the Reservation, the Service Provider sends the Client these GTC, with the attached Internal Regulations, for storage and verification of information related to the Reservation. Service Provider advisors are intended to inform and advise Clients and cannot be held responsible in case of disagreement about the reserved stay. Making the payment of the requested amounts implies the firm and final acceptance of the Reservation established by the Service Provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;3.2 Reservation on the Website&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Client can make a reservation on the Site without having to create an Account beforehand. The Client selects the Accommodation based on the availability offered by the Establishment by clicking on the &#171;Book&#187; button.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Client chooses one of the proposed payment methods and expressly accepts the terms of these GTC, then proceeds to pay the amount of the deposit requested by the Service Provider. The Client is redirected to the secure payment interface of their payment service provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Once the deposit payment is made, the Service Provider validates the Reservation. The Client then receives a confirmation email of their Reservation from the Service Provider. In this case, the Reservation is firm and final.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Finally, any arrival made without a prior Reservation will result in adherence to the GTC from the time the pitch is made available. The GTC are displayed within the Establishment or can be consulted at &lt;a href=&#034;https://www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr/cgv.html&#034; class=&#034;spip_url auto&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow&#034;&gt;https://www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr/cgv.html&lt;/a&gt;. They can also be provided free of charge upon request.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The Service Provider undertakes to indicate the availability of pitches in real-time. In the case of a simultaneous Reservation for the same pitch, the Service Provider undertakes to inform and reimburse the Clients within twenty-four (24) working hours, by email, of the unavailability of the pitch for a specified period.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The Reservation of a pitch or rental is strictly personal. You may not sublet, assign, or grant your Reservation without the express and prior consent of the Service Provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal representative, with identity card and certificate from parents ensuring their supervision throughout the stay with family-book.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; It is specified that the applicable rate is determined based on the age of individuals on the day of departure from the stay, not on the day of the Reservation.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The allocation of Accommodation is only done on-site by the Service Provider and cannot be reserved in advance. The Service Provider cannot guarantee specific requests (such as a specific pitch number) made during a Reservation and shall not be held responsible if these are not fulfilled. No compensation will be due. The pitch number will be communicated to the Client at the time of pitch availability, on the day of their arrival.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Only with the Service Provider's approval will any accepted requests on the day of arrival automatically be subject to an additional charge, which will be communicated to the Client prior to their express acceptance.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Any requests made by the Client within 7 days before arrival cannot be considered and will therefore have no binding and contractual value.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;3.3. Camping Pitch&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The camper rates indicated on the website &lt;a href=&#034;http://www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr&#034; class=&#034;spip_url spip_out auto&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow external&#034;&gt;www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr&lt;/a&gt; or communicated by our advisors include access to the pitch for 2 people. Any additional participant (3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th person) will be subject to an additional charge (depending to the category and capacity of the rented product).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The maximum capacity is 4 adults and 2 children and only one vehicle. The provider reserves the right to deny access to the Establishment to vacationers arriving with a number of people exceeding the indicated capacity.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; It is imperative to communicate to us, at the time of Reservation, the exact details and dimensions of all equipment to be installed during the stay. In case of missing and/or incorrect information, the Provider declines all responsibility for the allocated pitch.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Any modification of the equipment indicated on the sales contract must be requested in advance from the Reservation Service and is subject to availability and acceptance by the Provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;3.4. Rental&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Provider offers various ranges of rentals for 2 to 6 people. The number corresponds to the maximum capacity.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Provider will be obliged to deny access to the Establishment to vacationers arriving with a number of people exceeding the maximum capacity indicated, with the clarification that a child counts as one person. Non-compliance with this rule will automatically result in an additional charge, determined by the Provider and subject to the express acceptance of the Client. For any reservation of a rental (tent, lodge, chalet, cottage, ...), it is strictly forbidden to install any additional equipment or any additional vehicle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 4 &#8211; DESCRIPTION AND RATES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Provider makes its best efforts to keep the information about the services and facilities it offers up to date on all its Advertising Media and to notify the Client in case of substantial changes to this information.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Client is invited to refer to the written description of the reserved Accommodation or Pitch to know its detailed composition.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The indication of the rating (number of stars) assigned to the Campings appearing on the Advertising Media corresponds to a classification established with reference to local standards in the host country.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The rates indicated in the catalog are provided for informational purposes and are subject to changes, valid only for the current season. The rate will be the one in effect at the time of the Reservation. The rates are inclusive of taxes. Any change in the VAT rate will result in a modification of the rate.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
They do not include processing and management fees (file fees), which are charged additionally, as specified on the website &lt;a href=&#034;http://www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr&#034; class=&#034;spip_url spip_out auto&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow external&#034;&gt;www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr&lt;/a&gt; or in the information (letter, email, ...) communicated to the Client beforehand, and calculated before placing the Order.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Reservation Fees&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
File fees are waived for online bookings. Each booking made at the on-site reception is subject to a file fee of &#8364;5.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality/commune, is not included in the rates.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Its amount is determined per person per day and varies depending on the destinations. It is to be paid when the Service is paid and is clearly indicated on the invoice.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Cleaning Fee Prices&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The prices for the cleaning service may vary depending on the reserved Accommodation. The prices will be indicated to the Client BEFORE CONFIRMING the order. The Client is informed that there are two rates for cleaning:&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; A base rate if the service is ordered before the arrival day at the Camping of &#8364;70.00 (VAT included) for all rentals (except Cottage Pearl and KeyWest, cleaning service included).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#9679; A rate if cleaning has not been done by the Client of &#8364;90.00 (VAT included) for all rentals (except Cottage Pearl and KeyWest, cleaning service included).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The payment requested from the Client corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these fees. For any clarification and/or confirmation, our reservation service is at your disposal at (33) 04 67 01 06 36. An invoice is issued by the provider and given to the Client no later than at the time of the payment of the balance of the price.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT TERMS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;5.1. Down payments&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Advance payments are considered as down payments. They represent an advance on the total amount due by the Customer.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Accommodation Cases&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
A down payment equivalent to 25% of the total price of the ordered Services is required when placing the order by the Customer. They must be settled upon receipt of the final rental contract and enclosed with the copy to be returned. This amount will be deducted from the total order amount.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
If the order is made 30 days or less before the start of the stay, the full amount is due immediately at the time of the order.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
If the order is made more than 30 days before the start of the stay and the Customer chooses to pay in installments, the full amount must be settled no later than 30 days before the arrival date.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Pitch Rental Cases&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
A down payment equivalent to 25% of the total price of the ordered Services is required when placing the order by the Customer. They must be settled upon receipt of the final rental contract and enclosed with the copy to be returned. They will be deducted from the total order amount.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For camping pitches, the balance must be paid no later than upon your arrival at the Ren&#233; Oltra Naturist Center.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Refunds&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case of cancellation by the customer up to 30 days for accommodations and 7 days for pitches before the arrival date, the paid down payment can be deferred and reused as credit within 12 months, subject to availability; a &#8364;30 administrative fee will be charged. In any case, the paid down payment will not be refunded. Within 30 days for accommodations and 7 days for pitches preceding the arrival date, no modification, rescheduling, or refund is possible.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;5.2. Payments&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Payments made by the Client will be considered final only after the effective receipt of the amounts due by the Provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case of late payment beyond the specified period or after the payment date on the invoice, late payment penalties calculated at a rate of [5]% of the total VAT-inclusive price of the service provision will be automatically and rightfully acquired by the Provider, without any formality or prior notice. The delay in payment will result in the immediate demand for the full amount due by the Client, without prejudice to any other action that the Provider may be entitled to take against the Client in this regard.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;5.2.1. Camping Pitch&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; For reservations made before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the stay amount (calculated excluding reservation fees and cancellation insurance payable at the time of reservation) must be paid to confirm the reservation definitively. Payment methods described in Article 5.2.3 of these General Terms and Conditions can be used.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, bank checks and bank transfers will not be accepted.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The balance must be paid on the day of the Client's arrival, before the pitch is made available.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;5.2.2. Rentals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the stay amount (calculated excluding reservation fees and cancellation insurance payable at the time of reservation) must be paid to confirm the reservation definitively. Payment methods described in Article 5.2.3 of these General Terms and Conditions can be used.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full balance of the stay must be paid at the time of reservation.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; It is reminded that the balance must be settled no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay, without the need for any reminder from the Provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Security deposit :&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For accommodation rentals, a security deposit of &#8364;200 for a standard accommodation, &#8364;500 for a KeyWest and Honeymoon accommodation, and &#8364;800 for a Cottage Pearl is required from the client some weeks before arrival (by mail with our Swilky security deposit service). This deposit will be refunded 20 days after the day of departure, subject to any deductions for cleaning or repairs if necessary.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;5.2.3. Payment Method&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For payments more than 30 days before the arrival date (rental and/or camping pitch), the Client can make payment by:&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&#8226; Bank transfer from the bank details provided by the Provider to the email address specified during the reservation;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Bank check and/or holiday vouchers sent by postal mail. For payments less than 30 days before the arrival date (rental and/or camping pitch), the Client can make payment by:&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Credit card from the website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Cheques vacances connect from the website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions; On-site (at the reception, on the day of arrival), only the following payment methods will be accepted: Credit card; holiday vouchers, Cheques vacances connect, and cash.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;5.3. Non-compliance with payment conditions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Furthermore, the Provider reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the payment conditions above, to suspend or cancel the provision of the Services ordered by the Client and/or to suspend the performance of its obligations after an unsuccessful formal notice.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 6 &#8211; Delay, interruption, or cancellation of stay by the client&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival, early departure, or a change in the number of people (whether for the entire stay or part of the planned stay).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.1. Modifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
General Provisions: The Company reminds that the Client who has placed the order or reservation is the sole responsible contact vis-&#224;-vis the Company.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Modification by the Client: Any request to modify an order or reservation must be sent in writing by email to contact@reneoltra.fr or through our contact form available on the page &lt;a href=&#034;http://www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr&#034; class=&#034;spip_url spip_out auto&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow external&#034;&gt;www.centrenaturiste-oltra.fr&lt;/a&gt;. In the case of changes to dates or the number of people, the Provider will endeavor to accept modification requests to the extent possible within the limits of availability, without prejudice to any additional costs; this is in all cases a simple obligation to use, as the Provider cannot guarantee the availability of a pitch or accommodation, or another date; an additional fee may be requested in these cases.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In addition, management fees of 30 euros will be charged. In the absence of modification, the client must complete their stay under the initial reservation conditions or cancel it according to the cancellation insurance conditions.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Any request to extend the duration of your stay will be made based on availability and current rates.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Any request to shorten the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and is subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions, the consequences of which are governed by articles 6.2 and 6.3.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.2. Interruption&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
An early departure will not entitle the Client to any refund or credit from the Provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.3. Cancellation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
a. In case of cancellation by the client without subscribing to cancellation insurance.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

If the cancellation is motivated by non-payment of an installment or the entire amount due for the Reservation one month before the start of the stay, the Client cannot demand any refund.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case of cancellation of the Reservation by the Client less than 30 days before the scheduled rental date and 7 days for pitches, the deposit paid at the Reservation, as defined in Article 5 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, will be automatically acquired by the Provider, as compensation, and cannot give rise to any refund or credit. (except with the subscription to cancellation insurance, check the assurance's CGA).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case of cancellation outside of this period, the Center will not offer any refund but will have the option to offer a credit valid for 12 months on a future reservation. In all cases of cancellation, the handling and management fees (article 3) will be invoiced and non-refundable.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
b. In case of cancellation by the client with subscription to cancellation insurance.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The amounts paid are covered by insurance according to the general cancellation conditions. If the reason is not covered by cancellation insurance or if the file is rejected by it, the general sales conditions of paragraph a. apply, and the cost of cancellation insurance will be deducted from the amounts paid in case of cancellation.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.4. Cancellation in case of pandemic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.4.1&lt;/strong&gt;. In case of total or partial closure of the establishment during the reserved stay dates (which is assimilated to a total or partial prohibition of public reception, to the extent that the Client is directly concerned by the application of this measure) decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to the Provider, the amounts paid in advance by the Client for the reservation of the stay will be the subject of a credit usable within 24 months. The Provider cannot be held liable for any additional compensation beyond this refund of the amounts already paid for the reservation of the stay.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.4.2.&lt;/strong&gt; By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 6.3 CANCELLATION, any cancellation of the stay duly justified by the fact that the Client would be affected by COVID 19 (infection) or another infection considered as related to a pandemic, or would be identified as a contact case, and that this situation would call into question their participation in the stay on the scheduled dates: will result in the issuance of a non-refundable credit valid for 24 months.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Any processing and management fees as provided in the general conditions will remain acquired by the Provider. In all cases, the Client must justify the event making them eligible for this right to cancellation.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.4.3.&lt;/strong&gt; - By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 6.3 CANCELLATION, in the event that the Client is obliged to cancel the entire stay due to government measures preventing participants from traveling (general or local lockdown, travel ban, border closure), even though the campsite is able to fulfill its obligation and welcome Clients, the Provider will issue a credit corresponding to the amounts paid by the Client, minus the handling and management fees (article 3) which will remain acquired by the Provider. This credit, non-refundable and non-transferable, will be valid for 24 months.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.4.4&lt;/strong&gt; - In the event of the Client subscribing to specific insurance covering the risks listed in Article 6.4.2 or Article 6.4.3, the insurance benefits received by the Client will be deducted from the amount of the credit, referred to in Articles 6.4.2 or 6.4.3.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;6.5. Cancellation insurance :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Cancellation insurance is offered by the provider for all rental contracts or pitches : rentals : 2% of the stay amount, camping : 3% of the stay amount (with a minimum of &#8364;13).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
This insurance can be purchased when making an online reservation or at the counter and can be added up to 48 hours after the reservation is made.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;7.1 Your Arrival&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The provider reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information contained in the summary sheet of the reserved stay and other contractual documents transmitted and validated by the client.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case certain essential information is found to be incorrect (e.g., identity, number of persons), the establishment reserves the right to terminate the contract automatically and without formality or compensation. The client has the option to verify the accuracy of the information contained in the summary sheet of the reserved stay and other documents transmitted and completed by the provider.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case certain essential information is found to be incorrect (e.g., duration of the stay, choice of the establishment), the client will contact the Reservation Service directly by phone at (33) 04 67 01 06 36 or by email at contact@reneoltra.fr to modify said information before any contractualization. In the event the client becomes aware of this after having paid, thereby validating their reservation, they can modify their stay under the conditions provided in Article 6.1 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
A mandatory pedestrian control bracelet will be provided to you, to be presented at the entrance. It will allow you to move around the center day and night.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The camping pitch is available to the client from 2:00 PM onwards and after payment of the stay balance. In case the Reservation Service receives no communication from the client on day +1 of arrival, the provider will be obliged to invoice the deposit and terminate the contract.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The rental accommodation is available to the client from 3:00 PM.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
A security deposit by credit card will be requested from the client (exclusively by the received mail from our partner Swilky, few weeks before your arrival) :&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;7.2. During Your Stay&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The establishment will make its best efforts to implement its general obligation to monitor the campsite. This obligation is limited, in particular, by the actions of third parties in the case of theft of valuable items not deposited in one of the safes made available by the establishment (additional option to be subscribed at the beginning of the stay at the reception) and in the case of incidents falling under the civil liability of the client, including force majeure events (fires, bad weather, etc.). All clients must comply with the provisions of the Establishment's Internal Regulations.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Each client is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by the individuals staying with them or visiting them.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The provider draws the attention of clients to the fact that the children's clubs are accessible for children aged 5 and over during the stay, and no exceptions can be granted. Therefore, registration can only be made if the child has reached the required age on the day of arrival. Registration may be refused if the quota for the age group to which the child belongs is already reached.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The establishment cannot be held responsible in case of unavailability of Wi-Fi due to reasons such as the failure of the public electricity network, the failure of telecommunications networks, the loss of Internet connectivity due to public or private operators of the establishment.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Wi-Fi access is subject to certain conditions, available at the reception or upon simple request at (33) 04 67 01 06 36.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case of total malfunction of the Wi-Fi network during the client's stay, the provider will refund the option subscribed by the client. On-site, various expenses cannot be paid by check.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Activities and Services: It is reminded that an insufficient number of clients constitutes a valid reason for cancellation. Animals are accepted (excluding dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories) for a fee payable at the time of your reservation. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around the pools, in food shops, and in buildings. The vaccination certificate for dogs and cats must be up to date, and showed to the reception at arrival.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;7.3. Departure&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Camping pitches must be vacated by 12:00 PM at the latest and accommodations by 10:00 AM at the latest .&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For any delayed departure, an additional night will be charged. Before departure, the stay must be settled (all supplements/expenses subscribed on-site and not paid).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Any unused credit cannot be refunded or converted into any form of credit.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
On the day of departure, the client is asked to return their accommodation or pitch empty of any personal belongings. Depending on the subscribed services (end-of-stay cleaning, towel rental, etc.), cleaning instructions will be given to the client on the day of arrival (or on request to the Reservation Service), indicating the checklist of what is required.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In case the rental has not been cleaned upon departure and/or damages are noted, an additional charge will be applied. A fee of &#8364;90.00 including tax for cleaning for accommodation rentals. Any damage to the accommodation or its accessories will result in immediate restoration at the expense of the tenant. The end-of-stay cleaning is subject to availability and cannot be subscribed less than 48 hours before departure.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Cottage Pearl: Although daily cleaning is included in the stay, if the dwelling is returned in a condition deemed unsatisfactory by the establishment after the client's departure, this will result in a flat-rate cleaning fee of up to &#8364;130.00. The deposit will be refunded to the client after the check by our teams, within 14 days, with a possible deduction for restoration or cleaning fees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 8 - CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;8.1. Liability insurance&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The customer accommodated on a pitch or in accommodation must be insured for civil liability. An insurance certificate may be requested from the customer before the start of the service.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;8.2. Internal regulations&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Internal regulations are posted at the entrance of the establishment and at the reception. The customer is required to read and comply with them. They are available upon simple request.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTICLE 9 - PROVIDER'S OBLIGATIONS &#8211; GUARANTEE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The provider guarantees the customer, in accordance with legal provisions and without additional payment, against any lack of conformity or hidden defect resulting from a design or realization defect in the ordered services.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
To assert their rights, the customer must inform the provider in writing of the existence of defects or non-conformities within a maximum period of 30 days from the provision of the services.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The provider will reimburse, rectify, or have rectified (if possible) services deemed defective as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the provider becomes aware of the defect or non-conformity.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account or by bank cheque sent to the customer. The provider's warranty is limited to the refund of services actually paid by the customer.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The provider cannot be considered responsible or in default for any delay or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a force majeure event usually recognized by French jurisprudence. The tenant shall set up on the site subject to respect for naturist ethics, good personal behaviour, respect for others, and the mandatory practice of nudity when the weather permits.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
But nudity is not exhibitionism; any behaviour contrary to public decency shall be sanctioned by a first warning by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (LRAR) or a letter handed over in person against receipt. The second act contrary to public decency will give rise to immediate exclusion from the establishment. Offenders will no longer be accepted in the establishment; their contracts will not be renewed in view of the legitimate reason.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In accordance with the internal rules, and so as not to disturb the youngest, we remind you that the wearing of piercings of an excessive and extravagant nature and/or of jewellery on the genital parts is prohibited. We ask you to remove them or to hide them with a pareo or a towel.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Staying on the campsite entails acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the undertaking to comply with them. No one may establish domicile there.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Police formalities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Any person intending to stay at least one night must first present themselves at reception with an identity document.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Any customer of foreign nationality is required to complete an individual police form (Article R.611-35 of the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
It must state in particular:&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
1&#176; Surname and given names;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
2&#176; Date and place of birth;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
3&#176; Nationality;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
4&#176; Usual domicile. Children under the age of 15 may appear on one of the parents' forms;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
5&#176; Mobile telephone number and email address;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
6&#176; The date of arrival within the Establishment and the planned date of departure. The retention period for the police form is 6 months.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Installation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Outdoor accommodation and the associated equipment must be installed on the designated pitch in accordance with the instructions given by reception. No fences or wire mesh are permitted. Access to the pitches must remain clear in order to allow winter maintenance work. Awnings must be dismantled at the end of the stay; guests who fail to do so remain responsible in the event of falling tree branches.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Reception &#8211; Operation of Services&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The campsite is open to traffic from 7:00 to 24:00.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Reception is open:&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Mid and high season: from 9:00 to 19:45 (from 1 May to 30 September)&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Low season: 9:00 to 17:45 (15 March to 30 April and from 1 October to 15 October)&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
All information on the campsite services as well as information on options for supplies, sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the surrounding area, and various addresses that may prove useful is available at reception. A complaints handling system is at the disposal of clients.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The campsite cannot be held liable for parcels which campers may wish to have delivered to the campsite.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Two self-service laundries are open from 7:00 to 24:00.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Automated teller machine available 24/7.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Display&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
These internal rules are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at reception. They are sent to each person concomitantly with the sending of the draft contract and are handed to any client who makes a special request. For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed at reception. The prices of the various services are communicated to clients under the conditions set by order of the minister responsible for consumer affairs and may be consulted at reception.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Departure arrangements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Clients are requested to settle their stay no later than the day of arrival. The wristbands shall be returned at the exit barrier.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Fees&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The fees are applicable according to the rate in force indicated on the rental contract and according to the number of nights spent on the site. They are paid at reception upon arrival or in advance online.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Access to the Cit&#233; Naturiste H&#233;lio Marine Ren&#233; Oltra&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Residents: access to the campsite will be granted until 2 May inclusive for any client who has paid the entirety of their fee or for clients on a monthly plan who are up to date with the instalments from 15 December to 15 July. Access to the campsite will be granted until 15 October as soon as the balance of the rental and the naturist licences have been paid and the insurance certificate for the caravan or the mobile home has been presented.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Nightly rentals: clients must, upon arrival, complete the registration formalities. At the time of registration, clients must present the registration certificate of their vehicle; access is authorised for the duration of their stay. Any registered vehicle must be declared and recorded. Clients arriving after 20:00 will be received by the evening receptionist or by security and may set up until midnight.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; The Cit&#233; Naturiste H&#233;lio Marine Ren&#233; Oltra is private property: a wristband is issued on the day of arrival; any replacement is charged &#8364;10 per unit. Wearing the wristband is mandatory in the campsite. It must be presented in order to pass on foot through the entrances and exits and at the checks by the Ren&#233; Oltra campsite wardens, by day and by night. Every client must additionally communicate their identity, name and/or pitch number.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Visitors are admitted only under the responsibility of the tenants who receive them. Visits are limited to 4 naturist adults. Visitors must comply with the initiation into naturism; failing that, they will no longer be accepted within the establishment.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; Any commercial or advertising activity is strictly prohibited unless with prior written authorisation from Management.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; By municipal order, the beach is naturist from the Port Ambonne Channel up to the limit of Sun Beach. Monitoring is put in place in summer for the tranquillity of naturists on the dunes and around the beach opposite our centre. The land situated behind is a nature reserve and prohibited to walkers by prefectural order dated 30 December 1996.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Visitors and additional persons&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
After having been authorised by the Manager, visitors and any additional person may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the camper who receives them. The client welcomes their visitors and additional person at the Security Gatehouse located at the entrance to the campsite. If these visitors and additional person are admitted to enter the campsite, they or the client who receives them are required to pay a fee according to the tariff in force, insofar as they have access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. This fee is posted at the entrance to the campsite and at reception. The client must report every entry and every departure. Visitors or any additional person who do not respect naturist ethics will no longer be accepted in the establishment.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For reasons of safety and organisation, no visitor will be accepted after 22:00.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8220;Day visitors&#8221; will be admitted to the Tenant's pitch on condition that the latter comes to collect them at the barrier. They must park their vehicle in the public car park outside and enter their name in the visitors' register at the barrier of the Ren&#233; Oltra campsite.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
A wristband will be handed to them at the entrance (in exchange for an identity document which will be recovered upon leaving) and must be returned upon exit. Every visitor must have left the establishment before 01:00 in the morning. In any event, the Tenant shall remain responsible for any action of their visitors and shall remain bound by all the contractual obligations incumbent upon them.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Visitors staying on the pitch must pay the tariff in force. The holder of the pitch shall bear the visitor's stay costs in the event of non-payment.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The Manager reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to certain persons, including in the capacity of &#8220;visitor&#8221;, for duly justified legitimate reasons and in particular in the event of actions or behaviours contrary to public decency committed, even previously, by the person to whom access is refused within the establishment and on any occasion whatsoever.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Visitors' vehicles are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on the campsite.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Respect for naturist ethics, nudity and the environment&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
You are in a naturist campsite; respect for the values of naturism is mandatory. Regular checks will be carried out in order to enforce nudity as well as the preservation of the environment. Tenants who do not respect these rules will no longer be accepted in our establishment:&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
1st check: Oral reminder of naturist and environmental ethics (issue of a coupon, entry in the register with pitch number and/or name of the client).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
2nd check: Summons with Management and formal notice delivered in person against signature.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
3rd check: Letter of non-renewal of your contract.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
We are counting on you, parents or grandparents who accompany adolescents, to encourage them to conform to naturism (only swim briefs, boxer or monokini will be exceptionally &#8220;tolerated&#8221;) and to respect nature. Any provocative attitude of a visitor towards the other naturists will be sanctioned by exclusion from our establishment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Booking conditions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The booking becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit, of the booking contract and of the prior information notice completed and signed, as well as acceptance of the campsite's internal rules.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The campsite may refuse a booking request depending on the pitches available or for any other legitimate reason.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The booking of a pitch or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Any subletting or transfer of the booking is strictly prohibited.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Noise &#8211; Silence&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Users are requested to respect the tranquillity and rest of holidaymakers, even during the day. Excessive noise is prohibited. In the evening after midnight, it is advisable to be discreet. A tolerance is exceptionally granted until midnight. Silence must be total from midnight to 07:00.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Vehicles &#8211; Traffic and parking&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Vehicles are not authorised to circulate or to exit between 00:00 and 07:00, except in cases of force majeure or emergency; in that case, it is advisable to inform security on +33 (0)4 67 01 06 37. A shuttle golf cart brings clients from midnight to 05:00 during the high season. Electric golf carts will be authorised to circulate between midnight and 07:00 on an exceptional basis and in complete discretion. Non-compliance with this instruction will lead to a temporary suspension of vehicle entry for one week or more.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Within the campsite, speed is strictly limited to 10 km/h. In the event of non-compliance with this regulation, as well as any breach of the Highway Code, the authorisation for the vehicle to enter the campsite will be suspended. This regulation applies to all vehicles!&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For your safety, we ask you to respect the signage and the directions of travel. Wearing an approved helmet (Article R-431-1) and lighting of any vehicle travelling at night are mandatory within the campsite. Management disclaims all liability in the event of an accident due to non-compliance with the traffic rules.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Parking of vehicles (two-wheelers included) is strictly prohibited on unoccupied pitches; they must not obstruct traffic, nor prevent the installation of new arrivals (occupation will be financially sanctioned and charged at the daily rate after a first warning).&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
You have a pitch which is personal to you and which may not be transferred without Management's agreement.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to circulate with a scooter within the campsite; the traffic lanes being gravelled, they are not suitable for this means of locomotion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Animals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
As a safety measure, Category 1 and Category 2 dogs are not accepted (Tosa, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staff, Pitbull, Mastiff, Rottweiler). Owners must carry bags to pick up droppings outside the designated places and sprinkle water to avoid urine odours. Dogs must obligatorily be kept on a lead. They must never be left alone, even shut in. Their owners are civilly liable. The up&#8209;to&#8209;date vaccination certificate must be presented at check&#8209;in at reception. Pets must be declared at reception; an identification tag will be issued to you with your pitch number. It is forbidden to use weed killers, insecticide, chemical products because of the risk of poisoning of animals.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Be responsible; many animals, cats in particular, are abandoned or lost on the campsite.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Fire safety&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited, as are gas barbecues. Stoves must be kept in good working order.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&#8226; In case of fire: Immediately notify Management (security service: 24/7 at +33 (0)4 67 01 06 37). Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first&#8209;aid kit is located at reception as well as at the Security post. In case of evacuation, refer to the Establishment's evacuation plan. Raise the alarm, warn the neighbours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Vigilance / Theft &#8211; Assault&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Immediately notify Management (the 24/7 security service on 04 67 01 06 37). Any client caught in the act of theft or who assaults or harms the safety of other clients will be expelled, with recourse to law enforcement if necessary.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Management will use its best efforts to implement its general duty to supervise the campsite. This obligation is limited in particular by the act of a third party in the event of theft within the Establishment during the stay.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Management is only responsible for items deposited at reception (individual safes). Although wardens monitor 24 hours a day, the client remains responsible for their own installation and must report to the person in charge the presence of any suspicious person. Clients are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment (anti&#8209;theft device, etc.).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Games&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
No violent or disturbing game may be organised. Minors must always be under the supervision of their parents.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Electricity &#8211; Water&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The current supplied is 220 Volts on all equipped pitches. The tenant may use a 10&#8209;amp socket for the pitches and mobile homes.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The &#8220;Leisure contract&#8221; tenant has the possibility of having additional amperage for a flat fee at the rate in force.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Warning&lt;/i&gt;: after the finding of unlawful modification of amperage on a pitch, the tenant must pay the rate mentioned above. Annual technical inspections carried out by a body approved by the State are mandatory. Our electrical installation is inspected by a body approved by the State. The tenant undertakes to comply and to unplug their installation in the event of a long absence. You are asked to switch off your air conditioners and lighting in the event of absence.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The water is drinkable; it is monitored by State&#8209;approved bodies. Washing of vehicles is strictly prohibited. You are asked to save and avoid waste; water and electricity are precious energies.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Swimming pools and jacuzzis are not accepted within the establishment. The intensive use of water and energy for swimming pools and jacuzzis may be incompatible with the campsite's environmental sustainability objectives; they may present safety risks, in particular if they are not installed correctly or if they are not permanently supervised. This includes the risk of drowning, slipping and falling.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
It is strictly forbidden to launder items (sheets, duvets, covers, etc.) that are not intended for personal use within the campsite (for example, laundry of outside rentals or professional use).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. Upkeep and respect for the installations&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Every tenant must maintain their pitch and leave it clean upon departure. Household waste must be placed in bin bags in the containers. Glass or plastic bottles must be placed in the containers installed for that purpose. Bulky items must obligatorily be deposited at the Agde waste disposal site with a free access card (&lt;a href=&#034;https://portail-usagers.sictom-pezenas-agde.fr&#034; class=&#034;spip_url spip_out auto&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow external&#034;&gt;https://portail-usagers.sictom-pezenas-agde.fr&lt;/a&gt;). Green waste, placed in a bag, can be removed by our services once a week. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the basins provided for this use.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
It is forbidden to throw polluted or waste water on the ground or into the gutters, but into the sanitary blocks having a basin provided for that purpose. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is not permitted to delimit the pitch by personal means. It is forbidden to drive nails into the trees, to cut branches. Pruning or felling a tree is strictly forbidden. The embellishment or decoration of your installation or pitch must respect the environment and be in keeping with the nature spirit of the campsite; Management reserves the right to agree on certain arrangements. Any repair of damage committed to the vegetation, fences, land or installations of the site will be at the expense of its perpetrator.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. Photographs &#8211; Videos &#8211; Cameras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
These rules are intended to guarantee the well&#8209;being, safety and tranquillity of all members and visitors of the Camping. In order to preserve privacy and mutual respect, it is strictly forbidden to take photographs, to take videos, or to install surveillance cameras inside the Camping premises.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Any person contravening this prohibition exposes themselves to sanctions in accordance with the legislation in force. These sanctions may include disciplinary measures, legal proceedings and claims for damages. The Camping reserves the right to take all necessary measures to enforce this rule and protect the fundamental rights of its members.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;21. Video surveillance&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
You are informed that you may be filmed on the site and in the premises of the Ren&#233; Oltra campsite &#8211; 1 rue des N&#233;r&#233;ides &#8211; 34300 CAP D'AGDE.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
This video surveillance system has been put in place in accordance with the regulations of the Internal Security Code (Article L251&#8209;1), the General Data Protection Regulation (&#8220;EU&#8221; 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) and Law no. 78&#8209;17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and liberties.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;22. Insurance &#8211; liabilitie&lt;/strong&gt;s&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
It is the tenant's responsibility to insure their main installation and their secondary installation. Camping Ren&#233; Oltra declines all liability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and in the event of an incident falling under the tenant's civil liability.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;23. Force majeure&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The naturist Ren&#233; Oltra campsite declines all liability for disruptions, interruptions or impediments to the stay caused by events that could be qualified as force majeure. Force majeure is defined by any event beyond the control of the naturist Ren&#233; Oltra campsite which could not reasonably be foreseen when the contract was concluded and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
The following are understood as cases of force majeure: weather conditions preventing the performance of the service, acts of any civil or military authority, de facto or de jure, war, mobilisation, revolt, total or partial strike, fire or flood, administrative closure, accidents, riots. In the event of the occurrence of an event qualified as force majeure, the naturist Ren&#233; Oltra campsite reserves the right to suspend its obligations, without any prejudice or claim for damages being attributable to it. If the force majeure event is only temporary, the obligation is suspended, unless the resulting delay justifies termination of the contract. If the impediment is definitive, termination of the contract may occur as of right and the parties are released from their obligations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;24. Dispute / Mediation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Any claim concerning the non&#8209;conformity of the services in relation to the contractual undertakings must be reported in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt &#8211; LRAR) to the manager of the naturist Ren&#233; Oltra campsite within 30 days following the end of the stay. In the context of a dispute with our establishment and if the response does not satisfy you, you have the possibility of referring the matter to the AME Conso Mediation Centre, after a period of one month following the sending of this written notification (LRAR). To do so, you must file a case online on the website &lt;a href=&#034;http://www.mediationconso-ame.com&#034; class=&#034;spip_url spip_out auto&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow external&#034;&gt;www.mediationconso-ame.com&lt;/a&gt; or send a case by post: AME Conso, 197 boulevard Saint Germain, 75007 PARIS. Invoiced stays will not be refunded. Staying implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the undertaking to comply with them. All disputes that may arise in relation to the performance of this lease shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the location of the property. French law alone is applicable to this contract.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;25. Infringement of the internal rules&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal rules, the manager or their representative may, orally or in writing, if they deem it necessary, formally require the latter to cease the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated infringement of the internal rules and after written formal notice by the manager/Management to comply, the latter may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on law enforcement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;26. Data processing and liberties&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 25 May 2018, we ensure the highest level of protection of your personal information. Your data are used in order to guarantee you a quality service with optimal processing of your bookings and personalised communication. The information that you communicate to us on the occasion of your request will not be transmitted to any third party and will remain confidential. They will be used only by the services of the naturist Ren&#233; Oltra campsite for the processing of your request and personal communication with you. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and objection to personal data concerning you. For this, it is sufficient to send us a request by post. A video surveillance system has been operational since summer 2009. Dedicated to better control, its purpose is to further improve your safety and to ensure your tranquillity.
