How to make a reservation?

1) By Internet: After having carried out your availability search, you must send your request via the reservation tab. The reservation centre will reply immediately with an acknowledgement of receipt of your request with a reference number. This will be updated automatically and you will be able to follow the status of your reservation request.

ATTENTION: this message is not a confirmation of reservation from the René Oltra Naturist Centre. Your final confirmation will be sent to you by a second e-mail with your quote.

2) By post: a booking contract is received. Please take into account the time taken by the post office. Only forms that are duly completed, signed and accompanied by the deposit will be processed. You will then receive a booking confirmation by email. Without this confirmation, your stay may not be taken into account.

Is it possible to book by phone?
NO, IT IS NOT. Reservations can only be made on our website or by using the Reservation Request Form 2024 available on our website. However, all information can be obtained by telephone on 0033 (0)4 67 01 06 36.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my reservation?
An email or letter is required for the cancellation to be taken into account. We remind you that cancellation insurance is optional but highly recommended.
If the cancellation or modification is more than 15 days before your stay:
- Modification: A modification of the dates of your stay is always possible (this will incur a 30€ handling fee).
- Cancellation: It is possible to carry over the sums already paid to another/new stay, for the current season (after the season, these will be lost), also entailing a handling fee of 30€.

If your request for modification or cancellation is made less than 15 days before your arrival date, no modification, postponement or refund will be made by the René Oltra Naturist Centre.

Why opt for cancellation insurance?
The following are covered by the cancellation insurance: serious illness, accident or death, major damage to the home, damage to the vehicle, redundancy, transfer, blockades or strike, natural disaster.

Do I have to pay the full amount of my stay when I book?
No, for any reservation, a payment of 25% of the price of the rental or the pitch will be required as well as 15 euros for the booking fee. These fees are compulsory to make your reservation.

You can then pay the balance at any time using your reservation number on our website or via your link received by email.

Please note that for rental bookings, the balance must be paid 30 days before the planned date of arrival.

Can I choose my pitch?
NO, YOU CAN’T. You have the possibility to give a preference of pitch or a certain criterion (for example: near the sea, near the shops,...). But the allocation of the site remains defined by our care according to our availabilities. The Management reserves the right to modify the allocation of the schedule at any time.

Can we choose our location?
YES, YOU CAN. This choice will be respected as closely as possible according to availability.

Is there a minimum number of nights?
YES. The minimum number of nights for the online booking of a pitch is 2 nights. However, there is no minimum number of nights when booking on site, but this service is subject to availability.
For rentals, the minimum number of nights is 2 in low season and 7 in high season.

Is it possible to put an option on a stay?
NO, IT IS NOT.

How can I find out about availability?
The schedule of available rentals can be consulted on our website, additional information can be obtained by telephone on 0033 (0)4 67 01 06 36.

How can I get a quote?
By requesting one from the Reservations Department

How do I use my credit?
We recommend that you send us proof of your credit by e-mail to contract@reneoltra.fr. or contact us directly at the accounting department.

At what time can I arrive?
Arrivals are from 14.00 for pitches and 15.00 for rentals. If you arrive after the reception has closed, the keys will be handed over at the guard post at the entrance to the campsite all night.

Do you have a safe?
YES, WE DO. At the reception office you can rent a safe to store your papers, money or small valuables. They are accessible during the opening hours of the office.

Methods of payment

Payment of the deposit is only possible by credit card on our website.

What are the different methods of payment available on site? / Are holiday vouchers accepted?
Yes, but only by post or at reception.

The following are accepted: bank cards (except American Express), holiday vouchers, connect holiday vouchers and cash, bank transfer (for stays of more than 1000 €).

When will my deposit be debited?
As soon as we receive your reservation by Internet or by mail. A receipt is sent as proof of payment by return email or by return post.

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?
For camping pitches, the balance is to be paid on arrival at the René Oltra Naturist Centre. We recommend that you pay the balance before your arrival to facilitate registration. For rental accommodation, the balance is to be paid 30 days before the planned date of arrival.

What is included in the price?
The price includes the rental, for 1 or 2 persons, of a pitch for a tent or a caravan or a motor home, a vehicle, electricity and drinking water.

For rental accommodation, the price includes the price per night for fully equipped chalets and mobile homes, bed linen provided, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating, garden furniture and private parking.

How can I be sure that my booking has been taken into account?
Booking by Internet: Automatic receipt of a confirmation email with pitch or rental reference and balance to be paid, sent by the René Oltra Naturist Centre. Reservation by post: Automatic receipt of a confirmation e-mail with the reference of the pitch or rental and the balance to be paid, sent by the Centre Naturiste René Oltra.
