Rules of procedure

1. Admission Conditions

To be admitted and settle into our naturist holiday center, authorization from the management is required. The management provides the client with the rental and corresponding equipment according to the classification. Additionally, it undertakes to enforce the internal regulations and assumes a general surveillance obligation.
It is emphasized that wearing the bracelet is mandatory for every holidaymaker.
Staying at the center implies adherence to the naturist license. Any naturist license (FFN / FNI / FKK) is accepted. The tenant will settle on the premises subject to compliance with naturist ethics, proper behavior, and mandatory nudity when weather permits. While nudity is not considered exhibitionism, any behavior contrary to good morals will result in immediate expulsion. Offenders will be denied access to the establishment.
To comply with internal regulations and prevent any disturbance to younger guests, please note that wearing excessively extravagant piercings and/or jewelry on genital parts is prohibited. Please remove or cover them with a pareo or towel.

2. Police Formalities

Anyone staying for at least one night must first present themselves at the reception with an ID.
All foreign nationals are required to complete an individual police form as per Article R.611-35 of the Code of Entry and Stay of Foreigners.
The form must include:
1. Name and first names;
2. Date and place of birth;
3. Nationality;
4. Usual residence. Children under 15 can be included on either parent’s form.
5. Mobile phone number and email address;
6. Date of arrival at the establishment and planned departure date.
The police form must be kept for a duration of 6 months.

3. Installation

Outdoor accommodation and equipment must be installed in the designated location as per reception desk directives.
Fences or wire mesh are not permitted. Planting shrubs or plants around the location is recommended. Access to pitches must remain clear to allow for winter work. Clients must dismantle awnings at the end of their stay, and non-compliance renders them responsible in case of falling tree branches.

4. Reception Desk - Service Operation

 The Naturist Center René Oltra is open to traffic from 7 a.m. to midnight.
 The reception desk is open from March 15 to June 14 and from September 16 to October 15, from 9 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. In the high season, from June 15 to September 15, the reception desk is open from 9 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
 Two self-service laundries are open from 7 a.m. to midnight.
 24/7 ATM.
A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.

5. Display

This internal regulation is posted at the entrance and reception desk and provided to clients upon request.
For classified campsites, the tourism or leisure category and the number of pitches are displayed.
Prices for different services, set under the conditions of the Minister responsible for consumption, are available for consultation at reception.

6. Fees

Fees are applicable based on the current tariff and the number of nights spent on the site.

7.Access to the Naturist Center René Oltra

 Leisure Contracts: After the payment of the first two installments on November 15 and January 20, or for monthly payments from November to July, access will be authorized until May 2. Upon payment of the balance of the rental, the payment of naturist licenses, and the presentation of caravan/mobile home insurance, access will be validated until October 15.
 Nightly Rentals:* Clients must complete registration formalities upon arrival. When registering, clients must present the vehicle registration for the duration of their stay. Any registered vehicle must be declared and registered. Clients arriving after office hours can settle in until midnight, provided they complete registration formalities upon arrival.
 The Naturist Center René Oltra is private: A bracelet will be given on the day of arrival, and any replacement will be charged. We remind you that wearing the bracelet is mandatory in the Naturist Center René Oltra. To enter and exit on foot, you must present it during checks by Naturist Center René Oltra supervisors day and night and provide your name and/or pitch number. Visitors will be admitted under the responsibility of the tenants who receive them. Visits will be limited to a maximum of 4 adult naturists. Visitors invited must adhere to naturist initiation, and those who do not respect naturist ethics will no longer be accepted in our establishment. No visitor will be accepted after 10 p.m. "Daily visitors" will be admitted to the tenant’s pitch provided the latter picks them up at the gate. They must park their vehicle in the public external parking lot and register on the visitor’s registry at the Naturist Center René Oltra gate. A bracelet will be given to them, which will be returned upon departure. Any visitor must leave our establishment before 1 a.m. Visitors staying on the pitch must pay the current rate. The pitch holder will be responsible for the visitor’s stay in case of non-payment.
 Any commercial or advertising activity is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the management.
 The beach is naturist by municipal order from Chenal de Port Ambonne to the Sun Beach limit. Surveillance is set up in the summer for the tranquility of naturists on the dunes and around the beach facing our center. The lands behind are a nature reserve and are prohibited to walkers by prefectural order dated December 30, 1996.

8. Respect for Naturist Ethics, Nudity, and the Environment

You are in a naturist center, and therefore, we emphasize the importance of respecting naturist values and obligations. Regular checks will be conducted to ensure compliance with nudity and environmental preservation. Tenants who do not adhere to these rules will no longer be accepted in our establishment:
 First Check:** Verbal reminder of naturist and environmental ethics (coupon delivery, note on the register with pitch number and/or client name).
 Second Check:** Meeting with the Management and hand-delivered formal notice with acknowledgment.
 Third Check:** Non-renewal letter of your contract. We rely on parents or grandparents accompanying teenagers to encourage them to adhere to naturism (only swim trunks, boxers, or monokinis will be exceptionally ’tolerated’) and respect for nature. Any provocative behavior by a visitor towards other naturists will result in exclusion from our establishment.

9. Noise – Silence

Users are strongly urged to respect the tranquility and rest of vacationers, even during the day. Excessive noise is prohibited, and discretion is advised after 10 p.m. in the evening. An exception is granted until midnight. Complete silence must be observed from midnight to 7 a.m.

10. Vehicles

Vehicles are not allowed to circulate or leave between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m., except in the case of a serious accident. In such cases, please notify the barrier attendant at 04 67 01 06 37. A shuttle golf cart transports clients from midnight to 5 a.m. during the high season. Electric golf carts will be allowed to circulate exceptionally and discreetly between midnight and 7 a.m. Non-compliance with this instruction will result in a temporary suspension of vehicle entry for one week or more.

11• Pets

For safety reasons, dogs of the 1st and 2nd category are no longer accepted (Tosa, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staff, Pitbull, Mastiff, Rottweiller). Owners must have bags to pick up droppings outside of reserved areas and use water to prevent urine odors. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They should never be left alone, even when enclosed. Owners are civilly responsible. An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be presented.

12. Fire Safety

Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working condition. A built-in barbecue is located in the Agora square, available to all clients of the Centre Naturiste René Oltra.
• In case of fire:
- Immediately inform the Management (security service: 24/7 at 04 67 01 06 37).
- Fire extinguishers are for emergency use. A first aid kit is available at the reception and at the water park surveillance post.
- In case of evacuation, refer to the Establishment’s evacuation plan.
- Sound the alarm and alert neighbors.

13. Vigilance / Theft – Assault

Immediately inform the Management (security service: 24/7 at 04 67 01 06 37).
Any client caught in the act of theft or who assaults or endangers the safety of other clients will be expelled with the involvement of law enforcement if necessary.
The Management will make its best efforts to implement its general obligation to monitor the campsite. This obligation is limited, especially in the case of a third party involved in theft within the premises during the stay.
The Management is only responsible for items deposited at the office (individual safes or duplicate keys). Although supervisors are on duty 24/7, clients are asked to take security measures to safeguard their equipment (locks, etc.). No violent or disruptive games are allowed.

14. Electricity – Water

The provided voltage is 220 Volts at all equipped sites. The tenant can use only one socket of 6 amperes for caravans and 10 amperes for mobile homes. The "Leisure Contract" tenant has the option of obtaining additional amperage for an annual fee at the current rate. Caution: after detecting unauthorized amperage modification at a site, the tenant must pay the mentioned fee. Our electrical installation is inspected by the Federal Control Bureau, and the tenant agrees to respect and disconnect their installation in case of prolonged absence. Please turn off air conditioners and lights when absent. The water is potable and monitored by accredited state agencies. Vehicle cleaning is prohibited. Please conserve water and electricity to avoid wastage, as they are precious resources.
The use of pools and jacuzzis is not allowed on the premises. The intensive use of water and energy for pools and jacuzzis may be incompatible with the camping’s environmental sustainability goals. Pools and jacuzzis can pose safety risks, especially if not installed correctly or monitored continuously. This includes the risk of drowning, slips, and falls.

15. Vehicle Circulation and Parking

Within the center, the speed limit is strictly set at 10 km/h. Failure to adhere to this regulation, as well as any traffic violations, will result in the suspension of the vehicle’s entry permit into the center. This regulation applies to all vehicles! For your safety, please observe signage and traffic directions.
Wearing an approved helmet for two wheels vehicules (Article R-431-1) and using lights are mandatory for any vehicle moving at night within the Naturist Center René Oltra. The Management disclaims any responsibility in case of accidents due to non-compliance with traffic rules. Parking of vehicles (including two-wheelers) is strictly prohibited on unoccupied sites, and they must not obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals. (occupation will be financially penalized and billed at the daily rate after the first warning).
You have a personal space that cannot be transferred without the agreement of the Management.

16. Attire and Respect for Facilities

Every tenant must maintain their site and leave it clean upon departure. Household waste should be placed in garbage bags in the designated containers. Glass or plastic bottles should be placed in the provided containers. Plants and bulky items must be stored at the nearby waste disposal facility located near Allée Olivier (Bagnas access), accessible via a videophone system or during opening hours.
I Disposal of polluted or wastewater on the ground or in the drains is prohibited; please use the sanitary blocks equipped with a designated tray. Please respect plantations and floral decorations. Using personal means to mark the site is not allowed. Nailing into trees or cutting branches is prohibited. Pruning or felling a tree is strictly forbidden. The embellishment or decoration of your installation or site must respect the environment and be in line with the natural spirit of the campsite; The Management reserves the right to approve specific arrangements.

17. Photography

The purpose of this regulation is to ensure the well-being, safety, and tranquility of all members and visitors of the Naturist Center René Oltra. In order to preserve privacy and mutual respect, it is strictly prohibited to take photos or videos within the premises of the Center.
Any person violating this prohibition is subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable legislation. These sanctions may include disciplinary measures, legal proceedings, and claims for damages. The Naturist Center René Oltra reserves the right to take all necessary measures to enforce this rule and protect the fundamental rights of its members.

18. Insurance and Liability

It is the tenant’s responsibility to insure their main and secondary installations. The Naturist Center René Oltra disclaims all liability in case of theft, fire, adverse weather conditions, and incidents falling under the tenant’s civil liability.

19. Dispute/Mediation

Any complaint regarding the non-compliance of services with contractual commitments must be reported in writing (with acknowledgment of receipt) to the manager of the Naturist Center René Oltra within 30 days of the end of the stay. In the event of a dispute with our establishment and if the response is unsatisfactory, you have the option to contact the AME Conso Mediation Center, after a one-month period following the sending of this written report (with acknowledgment of receipt). To do this, you must submit a file online at www.mediationconso-ame.com or send a file by mail: AME Conso 11 place Dauphine 75001 PARIS. Stays that have been billed will not be refunded. Staying implies acceptance of the provisions of this regulation and the commitment to comply with it. Any disputes arising regarding the execution of this lease will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the property. French law is the only applicable law to this contract.

20. Violation of the Internal Regulations

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or fails to comply with the provisions of this internal regulation, the manager or their representative may, orally or in writing, if deemed necessary, instruct the individual to cease the disturbances.
In the case of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after a written warning from the manager/the management to comply, the contract may be terminated.
In the case of a criminal offense, the manager may involve law enforcement authorities.

To exercise this right, simply send us a written request. A video surveillance system has been operational since the summer of 2009. Dedicated to better control, its purpose is to further improve your security and ensure your peace of mind. Authorized by prefectural decree (no. 2009-01-1934 of 27/07/09), this system complies with the law.
