Rules of procedure

1. Conditions of admission
To be admitted to enter and settle in our Cité Naturiste Hélio Marine, one must have been authorised to do so by Management. Management provides the client with accommodation and equipment corresponding to the classification. Furthermore, it undertakes to ensure compliance with the internal rules and assumes a general duty of supervision.
Wearing the wristband is mandatory for each holidaymaker.
Staying implies holding a naturist licence. Any naturist licence (FFN / FNI / FKK) is accepted.
The tenant shall set up on the site subject to respect for naturist ethics, good personal behaviour, respect for others, and the mandatory practice of nudity when the weather permits.
But nudity is not exhibitionism; any behaviour contrary to public decency shall be sanctioned by a first warning by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (LRAR) or a letter handed over in person against receipt. The second act contrary to public decency will give rise to immediate exclusion from the establishment. Offenders will no longer be accepted in the establishment; their contracts will not be renewed in view of the legitimate reason.
In accordance with the internal rules, and so as not to disturb the youngest, we remind you that the wearing of piercings of an excessive and extravagant nature and/or of jewellery on the genital parts is prohibited. We ask you to remove them or to hide them with a pareo or a towel.
Staying on the campsite entails acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the undertaking to comply with them. No one may establish domicile there.

2. Police formalities
Any person intending to stay at least one night must first present themselves at reception with an identity document.
Any customer of foreign nationality is required to complete an individual police form (Article R.611-35 of the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners).
It must state in particular:
1° Surname and given names;
2° Date and place of birth;
3° Nationality;
4° Usual domicile. Children under the age of 15 may appear on one of the parents’ forms;
5° Mobile telephone number and email address;
6° The date of arrival within the Establishment and the planned date of departure. The retention period for the police form is 6 months.

3. Installation
The outdoor accommodation and the equipment relating thereto must be installed at the designated pitch in accordance with the instructions given by reception. No fence or wire mesh is authorised. For residents, it is advisable to place shrubs or plants around the pitch. Access to pitches must remain clear so as to allow winter works. Awnings must be dismantled at the end of the stay; clients who do not comply are responsible in the event of falling tree branches.

4. Reception – Operation of Services
• The campsite is open to traffic from 7:00 to 24:00.
• Reception is open:
Mid and high season: from 9:00 to 19:45 (from 1 May to 30 September)
Low season: 9:00 to 17:45 (15 March to 30 April and from 1 October to 15 October)
All information on the campsite services as well as information on options for supplies, sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the surrounding area, and various addresses that may prove useful is available at reception. A complaints handling system is at the disposal of clients.
The campsite cannot be held liable for parcels which campers may wish to have delivered to the campsite.
• Two self-service laundries are open from 7:00 to 24:00.
• Automated teller machine available 24/7.

5. Display
These internal rules are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at reception. They are sent to each person concomitantly with the sending of the draft contract and are handed to any client who makes a special request. For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed at reception. The prices of the various services are communicated to clients under the conditions set by order of the minister responsible for consumer affairs and may be consulted at reception.

6. Departure arrangements
Clients are requested to settle their stay no later than the day of arrival. The wristbands shall be returned at the exit barrier.

7. Fees
The fees are applicable according to the rate in force indicated on the rental contract and according to the number of nights spent on the site. They are paid at reception upon arrival or in advance online.

8. Access to the Cité Naturiste Hélio Marine René Oltra
• Residents: access to the campsite will be granted until 2 May inclusive for any client who has paid the entirety of their fee or for clients on a monthly plan who are up to date with the instalments from 15 December to 15 July. Access to the campsite will be granted until 15 October as soon as the balance of the rental and the naturist licences have been paid and the insurance certificate for the caravan or the mobile home has been presented.
• Nightly rentals: clients must, upon arrival, complete the registration formalities. At the time of registration, clients must present the registration certificate of their vehicle; access is authorised for the duration of their stay. Any registered vehicle must be declared and recorded. Clients arriving after 20:00 will be received by the evening receptionist or by security and may set up until midnight.
• The Cité Naturiste Hélio Marine René Oltra is private property: a wristband is issued on the day of arrival; any replacement is charged €10 per unit. Wearing the wristband is mandatory in the campsite. It must be presented in order to pass on foot through the entrances and exits and at the checks by the René Oltra campsite wardens, by day and by night. Every client must additionally communicate their identity, name and/or pitch number.
Visitors are admitted only under the responsibility of the tenants who receive them. Visits are limited to 4 naturist adults. Visitors must comply with the initiation into naturism; failing that, they will no longer be accepted within the establishment.
• Any commercial or advertising activity is strictly prohibited unless with prior written authorisation from Management.
• By municipal order, the beach is naturist from the Port Ambonne Channel up to the limit of Sun Beach. Monitoring is put in place in summer for the tranquillity of naturists on the dunes and around the beach opposite our centre. The land situated behind is a nature reserve and prohibited to walkers by prefectural order dated 30 December 1996.

9. Visitors and additional persons
After having been authorised by the Manager, visitors and any additional person may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the camper who receives them. The client welcomes their visitors and additional person at the Security Gatehouse located at the entrance to the campsite. If these visitors and additional person are admitted to enter the campsite, they or the client who receives them are required to pay a fee according to the tariff in force, insofar as they have access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. This fee is posted at the entrance to the campsite and at reception. The client must report every entry and every departure. Visitors or any additional person who do not respect naturist ethics will no longer be accepted in the establishment.
For reasons of safety and organisation, no visitor will be accepted after 22:00.
“Day visitors” will be admitted to the Tenant’s pitch on condition that the latter comes to collect them at the barrier. They must park their vehicle in the public car park outside and enter their name in the visitors’ register at the barrier of the René Oltra campsite.
A wristband will be handed to them at the entrance (in exchange for an identity document which will be recovered upon leaving) and must be returned upon exit. Every visitor must have left the establishment before 01:00 in the morning. In any event, the Tenant shall remain responsible for any action of their visitors and shall remain bound by all the contractual obligations incumbent upon them.
Visitors staying on the pitch must pay the tariff in force. The holder of the pitch shall bear the visitor’s stay costs in the event of non-payment.
The Manager reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to certain persons, including in the capacity of “visitor”, for duly justified legitimate reasons and in particular in the event of actions or behaviours contrary to public decency committed, even previously, by the person to whom access is refused within the establishment and on any occasion whatsoever.
Visitors’ vehicles are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on the campsite.

10. Respect for naturist ethics, nudity and the environment
You are in a naturist campsite; respect for the values of naturism is mandatory. Regular checks will be carried out in order to enforce nudity as well as the preservation of the environment. Tenants who do not respect these rules will no longer be accepted in our establishment:
1st check: Oral reminder of naturist and environmental ethics (issue of a coupon, entry in the register with pitch number and/or name of the client).
2nd check: Summons with Management and formal notice delivered in person against signature.
3rd check: Letter of non-renewal of your contract.
We are counting on you, parents or grandparents who accompany adolescents, to encourage them to conform to naturism (only swim briefs, boxer or monokini will be exceptionally “tolerated”) and to respect nature. Any provocative attitude of a visitor towards the other naturists will be sanctioned by exclusion from our establishment.

11. Booking conditions
The booking becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit, of the booking contract and of the prior information notice completed and signed, as well as acceptance of the campsite’s internal rules.
The campsite may refuse a booking request depending on the pitches available or for any other legitimate reason.
The booking of a pitch or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Any subletting or transfer of the booking is strictly prohibited.

12. Noise – Silence
Users are requested to respect the tranquillity and rest of holidaymakers, even during the day. Excessive noise is prohibited. In the evening after midnight, it is advisable to be discreet. A tolerance is exceptionally granted until midnight. Silence must be total from midnight to 07:00.

13. Vehicles – Traffic and parking
Vehicles are not authorised to circulate or to exit between 00:00 and 07:00, except in cases of force majeure or emergency; in that case, it is advisable to inform security on +33 (0)4 67 01 06 37. A shuttle golf cart brings clients from midnight to 05:00 during the high season. Electric golf carts will be authorised to circulate between midnight and 07:00 on an exceptional basis and in complete discretion. Non-compliance with this instruction will lead to a temporary suspension of vehicle entry for one week or more.
Within the campsite, speed is strictly limited to 10 km/h. In the event of non-compliance with this regulation, as well as any breach of the Highway Code, the authorisation for the vehicle to enter the campsite will be suspended. This regulation applies to all vehicles!
For your safety, we ask you to respect the signage and the directions of travel. Wearing an approved helmet (Article R-431-1) and lighting of any vehicle travelling at night are mandatory within the campsite. Management disclaims all liability in the event of an accident due to non-compliance with the traffic rules.
Parking of vehicles (two-wheelers included) is strictly prohibited on unoccupied pitches; they must not obstruct traffic, nor prevent the installation of new arrivals (occupation will be financially sanctioned and charged at the daily rate after a first warning).
You have a pitch which is personal to you and which may not be transferred without Management’s agreement.
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to circulate with a scooter within the campsite; the traffic lanes being gravelled, they are not suitable for this means of locomotion.

14. Animals
As a safety measure, Category 1 and Category 2 dogs are not accepted (Tosa, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staff, Pitbull, Mastiff, Rottweiler). Owners must carry bags to pick up droppings outside the designated places and sprinkle water to avoid urine odours. Dogs must obligatorily be kept on a lead. They must never be left alone, even shut in. Their owners are civilly liable. The up‑to‑date vaccination certificate must be presented at check‑in at reception. Pets must be declared at reception; an identification tag will be issued to you with your pitch number. It is forbidden to use weed killers, insecticide, chemical products because of the risk of poisoning of animals.
Be responsible; many animals, cats in particular, are abandoned or lost on the campsite.

15. Fire safety
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited, as are gas barbecues. Stoves must be kept in good working order.
• In case of fire: Immediately notify Management (security service: 24/7 at +33 (0)4 67 01 06 37). Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first‑aid kit is located at reception as well as at the Security post. In case of evacuation, refer to the Establishment’s evacuation plan. Raise the alarm, warn the neighbours.

16. Vigilance / Theft – Assault
Immediately notify Management (the 24/7 security service on 04 67 01 06 37). Any client caught in the act of theft or who assaults or harms the safety of other clients will be expelled, with recourse to law enforcement if necessary.
Management will use its best efforts to implement its general duty to supervise the campsite. This obligation is limited in particular by the act of a third party in the event of theft within the Establishment during the stay.
Management is only responsible for items deposited at reception (individual safes). Although wardens monitor 24 hours a day, the client remains responsible for their own installation and must report to the person in charge the presence of any suspicious person. Clients are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment (anti‑theft device, etc.).

17. Games
No violent or disturbing game may be organised. Minors must always be under the supervision of their parents.

18. Electricity – Water
The current supplied is 220 Volts on all equipped pitches. The tenant may use a 10‑amp socket for the pitches and mobile homes.
The “Leisure contract” tenant has the possibility of having additional amperage for a flat fee at the rate in force.
Warning: after the finding of unlawful modification of amperage on a pitch, the tenant must pay the rate mentioned above. Annual technical inspections carried out by a body approved by the State are mandatory. Our electrical installation is inspected by a body approved by the State. The tenant undertakes to comply and to unplug their installation in the event of a long absence. You are asked to switch off your air conditioners and lighting in the event of absence.
The water is drinkable; it is monitored by State‑approved bodies. Washing of vehicles is strictly prohibited. You are asked to save and avoid waste; water and electricity are precious energies.
Swimming pools and jacuzzis are not accepted within the establishment. The intensive use of water and energy for swimming pools and jacuzzis may be incompatible with the campsite’s environmental sustainability objectives; they may present safety risks, in particular if they are not installed correctly or if they are not permanently supervised. This includes the risk of drowning, slipping and falling.
It is strictly forbidden to launder items (sheets, duvets, covers, etc.) that are not intended for personal use within the campsite (for example, laundry of outside rentals or professional use).

19. Upkeep and respect for the installations
Every tenant must maintain their pitch and leave it clean upon departure. Household waste must be placed in bin bags in the containers. Glass or plastic bottles must be placed in the containers installed for that purpose. Bulky items must obligatorily be deposited at the Agde waste disposal site with a free access card (https://portail-usagers.sictom-pezenas-agde.fr). Green waste, placed in a bag, can be removed by our services once a week. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the basins provided for this use.
It is forbidden to throw polluted or waste water on the ground or into the gutters, but into the sanitary blocks having a basin provided for that purpose. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is not permitted to delimit the pitch by personal means. It is forbidden to drive nails into the trees, to cut branches. Pruning or felling a tree is strictly forbidden. The embellishment or decoration of your installation or pitch must respect the environment and be in keeping with the nature spirit of the campsite; Management reserves the right to agree on certain arrangements. Any repair of damage committed to the vegetation, fences, land or installations of the site will be at the expense of its perpetrator.

20. Photographs – Videos – Cameras
These rules are intended to guarantee the well‑being, safety and tranquillity of all members and visitors of the Camping. In order to preserve privacy and mutual respect, it is strictly forbidden to take photographs, to take videos, or to install surveillance cameras inside the Camping premises.
Any person contravening this prohibition exposes themselves to sanctions in accordance with the legislation in force. These sanctions may include disciplinary measures, legal proceedings and claims for damages. The Camping reserves the right to take all necessary measures to enforce this rule and protect the fundamental rights of its members.

21. Video surveillance
You are informed that you may be filmed on the site and in the premises of the René Oltra campsite – 1 rue des Néréides – 34300 CAP D’AGDE.
This video surveillance system has been put in place in accordance with the regulations of the Internal Security Code (Article L251‑1), the General Data Protection Regulation (“EU” 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) and Law no. 78‑17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and liberties.

This information is delivered to you and supplemented by dedicated signage at the entrance and in our premises.

22. Insurance – liabilities
It is the tenant’s responsibility to insure their main installation and their secondary installation. Camping René Oltra declines all liability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and in the event of an incident falling under the tenant’s civil liability.

23. Force majeure
The naturist René Oltra campsite declines all liability for disruptions, interruptions or impediments to the stay caused by events that could be qualified as force majeure. Force majeure is defined by any event beyond the control of the naturist René Oltra campsite which could not reasonably be foreseen when the contract was concluded and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures.
The following are understood as cases of force majeure: weather conditions preventing the performance of the service, acts of any civil or military authority, de facto or de jure, war, mobilisation, revolt, total or partial strike, fire or flood, administrative closure, accidents, riots. In the event of the occurrence of an event qualified as force majeure, the naturist René Oltra campsite reserves the right to suspend its obligations, without any prejudice or claim for damages being attributable to it. If the force majeure event is only temporary, the obligation is suspended, unless the resulting delay justifies termination of the contract. If the impediment is definitive, termination of the contract may occur as of right and the parties are released from their obligations.

24. Dispute / Mediation
Any claim concerning the non‑conformity of the services in relation to the contractual undertakings must be reported in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt – LRAR) to the manager of the naturist René Oltra campsite within 30 days following the end of the stay. In the context of a dispute with our establishment and if the response does not satisfy you, you have the possibility of referring the matter to the AME Conso Mediation Centre, after a period of one month following the sending of this written notification (LRAR). To do so, you must file a case online on the website www.mediationconso-ame.com or send a case by post: AME Conso, 197 boulevard Saint Germain, 75007 PARIS. Invoiced stays will not be refunded. Staying implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the undertaking to comply with them. All disputes that may arise in relation to the performance of this lease shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the location of the property. French law alone is applicable to this contract.

25. Infringement of the internal rules
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal rules, the manager or their representative may, orally or in writing, if they deem it necessary, formally require the latter to cease the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated infringement of the internal rules and after written formal notice by the manager/Management to comply, the latter may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on law enforcement.

26. Data processing and liberties
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 25 May 2018, we ensure the highest level of protection of your personal information. Your data are used in order to guarantee you a quality service with optimal processing of your bookings and personalised communication. The information that you communicate to us on the occasion of your request will not be transmitted to any third party and will remain confidential. They will be used only by the services of the naturist René Oltra campsite for the processing of your request and personal communication with you. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and objection to personal data concerning you. For this, it is sufficient to send us a request by post. A video surveillance system has been operational since summer 2009. Dedicated to better control, its purpose is to further improve your safety and to ensure your tranquillity. Authorised by prefectural order (no. 2009‑01‑1934 of 27/07/09), this system complies with the law.
